Your Subscription

Pur­chase a Neu­ro Assure test or sub­scrip­tion.  You will receive a test for your child every 3 months to mon­i­tor per­for­mance at every sport­ing season.

This infor­ma­tion lets us set­up your child’s test. We need a lit­tle basic infor­ma­tion like birth­date so we can deter­mine your child’s rank com­pared to oth­ers of the same age and sex. We also need your email so we can send you the test when it’s ready.  A test admin­is­tra­tor will con­tact you to help you get start­ed with the test.
